BGIFC Singapore's says goodbye to one and hello to a new Joint District Commissioner and a new n

BGIFC Singapore said a sad farewell to one of our Joint District Commissioners, Em Glendinning, before the summer break. Even though she was only with us for a year, she certainly injected an enthusiasm for adventure and the outdoors into all sections of our district an will be missed as she sets off to return to the UK the long way round - going on her own adventure!

During summer BGIFC changed it's name to BGO (British Girlguiding Overseas), and revamped our Galleon emblem - and launched them both at Challenge '17, a camp in the UK for members of BGIFC/BGO.

And finally we welcomed Anita Pearson to become our new Joint District Commissioner to help lead the newly named BGO Singapore District forwards.
